Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany)

Shipping costs within Germany are charged at a flat rate and are not included in the purchase price. Regardless of the weight and size of the goods ordered, a fixed shipping charge applies, which is displayed during checkout.

Deliveries abroad

Shipping costs for deliveries abroad are not included in the purchase price and are calculated separately. Shipping costs depend on the destination country as well as the weight and size of the goods ordered.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within 3–5 days for domestic deliveries (Germany) and within 5–7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further payment details

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged when the contract is concluded.
